TOTALLY ripped the matter of 'apology or tragedy' from an episode of the original 'Reboot' series. See you Thursday!
I can barely hear about the actual Reboot series now without thinking of "The Guardian Code"... which is apparently a huge mess. Haven't wanted to watch it: clips and reviews of episode 10 have been enough to discourage me.
Heh heh.. punch buggy on Pearl.
Is it a mess? Yes. Is it necessarily the huge mess everyone is making it out to be though...honestly I’d classify that as mileage may vary. So watch it or don’t. But don’t let this new mess affect your feelings for the original series. It didn’t do anything to deserve it. Blame the fans of the original series who thought guardian code was a good idea for a sequel series.
...Did anyone think Guardian Code was a good idea? And admittedly informal search seems to indicate more of a hopeful trepidation.
And yeah, I still like the original. I've been considering watching an ep or two of Guardian Code at some point just to see, but at minimum I'm waiting until about 2 months after the whole thing is released on netflix (2nd half still hasn't as far as I know) as I don't want to inflate their viewing numbers for renewal decisions.
